Order Processing: Once your order is placed, we will process and ship it in a timely manner. You will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note that orders can take 1-3 days to process (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Timeline: Each package is shipped by couriers following their own processing timeline once we drop them off at their facilities. Please check the tracking number provided to learn more about an order's processing and travel history. 
Lost & Damaged Packages: Rebelvis is not responsible for lost or damaged goods as a result of shipping and handling. In the unfortunate event that a package is lost or not delivered despite the tracking information indicating delivery, we kindly ask that customers initiate claims directly with the United States Postal Service (USPS). This aligns with USPS guidelines and procedures, as they are responsible for managing claims related to package delivery.
Assistance with Claims: While the responsibility for filing a claim with USPS rests with the customer, we understand that the process might be unfamiliar. Keeping Us Informed: Once a claim is filed with USPS, it's important for you to keep us informed about the progress and outcome of the claim. Please share any updates or information provided by USPS regarding the status of your claim. This will enable us to stay informed and offer any necessary assistance or documentation.  
Our Commitment: While we are unable to initiate or directly handle USPS claims, we are committed to working with you to resolve issues related to lost or undelivered packages.
